GovSkills utilizes AI technology solely for matching resumes to job opportunities. Recommendations provided by our AI system serve only as guidance; final hiring decisions always involve human judgment.

Redacted user resumes may be used internally to improve our AI matching technology. We never share or sell personally identifiable information (PII) with third parties.
